Windows 10: Corrupted Text?

Text in certain browsers (whether it be for the internet, such as Google Chrome, or in game browsers like Battlenet) are glitching out for me. I can't understand why this is happening, if it's a part for my pc or something else. Can anyone give ideas why this is happening? I shouldn't need updates for programs or anything, and it's been happening for the last few months. Attached are images for examples.

• Do let us know the version of Windows 10 installed on your device?
• Have you logged in using Microsoft account on your device?

Press Windows + R keys from the keyboard, type
winver, and press Enter to know the Windows version installed.

As most of the troubleshooting steps you have tried didn't resolve the issue, let me proceed further in helping you with.

Step 1: Choose the appropriate
ClearType you wish to and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key from the keyboard, type
  cleartype and select Adjust ClearType text.
• Follow the onscreen instruction to select the appreciate ones.

Step 2: I suggest you to run a SFC scan and check if it helps.

System File Checkeris a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Start button, click on
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes and hit
  Enter.
• After the scan, restart the computer and check for the issue.

Step 3: I recommend you to install all the pending updates on your device and check if it helps.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.
