Discus and support Cortana Connected Home Scenes and Rules are not working; cannot create Rule or Scene in Cortana to solve the problem; Cortana got updated and added "Rules" and "Scenes" under Connected Home section of the Notebook.     Cortana Connected Home Scenes and Rules are not working; cannot create Rule or Scene


    Cortana got updated and added "Rules" and "Scenes" under Connected Home section of the Notebook. Really cool, however both sections are not working - the "Create a scene" button does nothing and there is no button to create a Rule.

    Connected Home section is very poor in content, and has no reference to those new features: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4046777/control-smart-home-cortana. Anyone was able to create Smart Home Rules or Scenes?

    Hi. I've messed around with it a bit. I think it needs to be done with you voice. Click the microphone to start Cortana listening, then say, "create a scene". I haven't tried rules yet. Good luck!

    Thank you for reply. Indeed, voice-only for now, works for both Rules and Scenes, but created records cannot be edited. A welcomed work in progress.
