Windows 10: Cortana hears me but doesn't respond

Cortana suddenly will not respond to me. If I say "hey cortana" it pops up and allows me to say something but then just spins and stops eventually. I've spent probably a total of 4-5 hours researching and attempting literally every solution I can find. I've even done system restore. Didn't work. Did all the updates. Didn't work. Tried most of the solutions google says. None have worked. I did recently install Zoom, in case that makes a difference and I do have Trend Micro.

Cortana doesn' t replie to me. She just search on bing everything I say. What I have to do to solve this problem?

Step 1:

I suggest you enable settings in the Playback Devices and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the speaker icon on your taskbar.
• Select Playback Devices.
• Click on the Playback Devices and right click on the
  Speakers/Headphones.
• Check mark on the Show Disabled Devices and
  Show Disconnected Devices.

If the issue persists the follow the below step.

Some people have had difficulty opening Cortana with Windows Speech Recognition. Here's how to fix that. Those with mobility issues may need assistance using a keyboard and/or a mouse for some of these steps.

• Turn off Windows Speech Recognition by saying "stop listening."
  
• Start Cortana by selecting the search box on the task bar.
  
• Select "I agree" to opt in to Cortana.
• Turn Windows Speech Recognition back on by pressing
  Ctrl + Windows logo key, or by saying "start listening."
