    Cortana Invoke speaker not working


    Recently I purchased Cortana Invoke for my pc, however when trying to pair it VIA Bluetooth to my pc. The issue is it pairs fine and is connected but in settings it is not connected under the audio it appears connected under other devices. I am unable to open sound settings and change it as default device because it is not appearing as a speaker for some reason.

    This issue could have occurred due to multiple speaker connection, you can try the troubleshooting steps below to further narrow down to the root cause of the issue.



    May I know, which version of Windows is installed on your computer?



    Method: Reconfigure the Speaker.



    1. I suggest you to disconnect all the speaker you have and try a fresh

    Setup Harman Kardon Invoke with Cortana     (This article holds good for all the Kardon Invoke speakers) and check.



    2. Disconnect if you have any phone connected to the speaker.

    Fix Bluetooth problems in Windows 10

    Invoke Harmony Cortana Speaker

    Since you've mentioned that your contacts have been synced properly to Cortana, this error could be a sync issue between Cortana and Invoke. We strongly suggest that you contact the
    OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) of your device for an advanced assistance.
