Windows 10: Cortana Weather Unit

How do I change the weather units from F to C?


I do not see notebook to make this change.

I also cannot turn on “Cortana can give you suggestions, ideas, reminders, alerts”.

"Cortana -> Notebook -> Weather -> Units - Set Celsius" doesn't work

On Windows 10, Cortana gives you the temperature in Fahrenheit without checking Regional Settings or Location. A quick solution is to ask: What’s the weather like in Celsius? or
just Weather in Celsius? But why doesn't "Cortana -> Notebook -> Weather -> Units - Set Celsius" work?

Ok, I figured out how to actually change this... Please ignore the completely incorrect (as always) microsoft support answer... Do not change units from inside the "weather" app... that only changes it in the weather app.

Click on the Cortana circle button...

Click on the "note book icon" the second icon on the left of the Cortana tab

On the notebook page you will see a list of cortana settings. Click on "Weather"

That will take you to a Weather Settings page... the very last setting on the page is units. you can click it to toggle between C and F.
