Windows 10: Cortana works but isn't able to search/find folders or open/launch documents.

I'm a late-comer to using Cortana, which I've just set up on my old Surface Pro 3 laptop, running Windows 10, with MS 365 installed and everything working just fine.


Cortana can hear, understand and respond to me, but it only seems able to search the web via Bing for things. When I ask it to find/search/launch/open an app/folder/documents it responds with:


"Sorry, I'm not able to help with that."


or


"Sorry but for the time being, I am not equipped to do that."


Is this not a function of Cortana and, if so, how do I turn it on?

PS. my windows search bar works just fine, searching for apps, documents, web etc. for what I type.

Cortana isn´t working

When I hit enter, it did something, but there´s still no Cortana, even after restart. So I tried it again, but now it says that it failed, because it´s already installed and it´s working in PC. So it should work, but Cortana still isn´t here.

HI! I have a problem with Cortana. I can´t see Cortana in start menu and also when I search for Cortana and I tap on e.g. Cortana premissions, it just opens windows settings. So I tried to allow Cortana through Local Group Policy Editor, but still nothing,
even after PC restart. So now I don´t know what to do. Could you help me please?

 

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
