Windows 10: Could someone Please help me with constant error after starting up my PC

When I start my PC I continuously get a message saying your PC did not start correctly when I go into advanced options I get the option to restart PC. I click on this and it says keep my files then it says error couldn’t start your PC I get back into the same loop, option I choose it keeps giving me error command prompts. I have tried about three different commands and they all haven’t worked and I keep on getting into the same loop of errors and blue screens.

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

To create a user profile, follow these steps:
