    Couldnt detect hardware in microsoft store


    I was updating my nvidia drivers when i got the message control panel not available it asked me to download it from the windows store.

    I was facing the issue quite back when i contacted dell tech support and they downgraded my driver to version from their site support.dell.in .

    recently i was facing some issues for which i decided to update all my drivers coz why not and so the issue with the nvidia came back.

    I tried the previous method by trying different versions of it in the safe mode but none had the control panel this time.

    Trying to download it from the mmicrosoft store it says hardware not found.

    I Have the nvidia mx150 in my laptop.

    I tried the wsreset from one of the similiar forums but was of no use just a blak screen. Couldnt detect hardware in microsoft store f538b1fb-75bc-4293-a7b2-7a498cf03c11?upload=true.png


    Pls look into the matter any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Vijay,

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    I suggest you to connect the phone to another computer and check if it gets detected. Also, check if the phone gets detected by connecting with a different USB cable.

    I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by following the steps below:

    • Click on the Start button, and type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
    • Click on “hardware and devices”.
    • A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and follow the on-screen prompts for troubleshooting.
