    couldn't download dolby access from Microsoft store


    I am unable to download dolby access app from microsoft store not only dolby access for any app it is showing some error.

    I have reset the app and again i tried to download but no use it is showing the same error.

    please help me with this...

    Dolby Digital Plus disabled after Windows 10 Upgrade


    So i´ve just installed the new upgrade of Windows the Windows 10 and i just wanted to make my audio expirience a little bit comfortable and good, so i decided to make some configurations in the Dolby Digital Plus software (for those who have Dolby in their laptops) and i was surprised cause it disappeared and i couldn´t run the software so i decided to solve my problem and checked every forum and couldn´t find a solution so i did it!
    So if you have the same problem as my, follow the next instruccions:
    1.- open your divice administrator
    2.- choose "Sound, video and game controllers"
    3.- choose your sound driver and make right click in your driver
    4.- click on upgrade driver and wait untill its been download and installed
    5.- reset your computer
    With this simple steps you could be able to open your Dolby Digital Software

    Free Microsoft Store Apps will not download or install

    Both AccuWeather App and Dolby Access will not download completely, and obviously will not install. The download starts out starts out fast, but soon slows down to a few hundreds of KB per sec, and then stops. Error Code is 0x80070005. My system has
    been trying to download Dolby Access for months w/o success. The Virtual Agent suggested downloading a Microsoft Store diagnostic, but that download did not complete either.

    DOLBY ATMOS APP ON WINDOWS STORE SHOWING ERROR

    Hi Michael,

    One of the known issues with Dolby Access is prevent some users from being able to download Dolby Atmos for Headphones after activating a trial.

    Customers impacted should contact Dolby using the support link in the store listing or by pressing “Feedback” from within the “Info” section of Dolby Access.
