Windows 10: Couldn't install apps and games from Microsoft Store on both my laptop and pc. The error...

I tried on my laptop and desktop and get the same error code. I also switch to different microsoft account and it is still the same.

• Press the Win+R keys to open the Run dialog.
• Type WSReset.exe, and click/tap on OK.

• The Store and a command prompt will now open without any message. The command prompt will automatically close when the Store cache has been reset.

I`m unable to install anything from the app store: Code: 0x80072EFD

Thanks for the help!

I tried everything on the list, including the system restore, expect step 13, because I couldn`t find the appropriate software for my SSD. Nothing seems to work.

If I try to install anything from the store, I just get the same error message.

I already did everything from this post to be sure my computer is clean:
