Windows 10: Couln't open media creation tool

I want to upgrade my window 7 to window 10. Downloaded the windows 10 installation media from this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 , but it is not working! I couldn't open the file after it downloaded. I tried many different ways such as run as administrator and run in compatibility mode but none of this is working! I got the product key for window 10 already and I really need this to be done. Any help? What should I do?
