Hello everyone! I am dealing with countless BSODs on my Windows 11 machine. I've had the following this weekCountless BSODs; IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION... Enabled driver verifier... :DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATIONIRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUALDRIVER_OVERSCAN_STACK_BUFFERI then enabled Driver Verifier, and I have attached a minidump. It states that the issue was caused by HIDHIDE.sys. I used driver verifier a couple of weeks ago now no longer have the minidump, and the culprit was Vanguard Riot Games. I since uninstalled that and have still had BSODs.Minidumphttps://file.io/SDfZE0jvFUkEThank you!

  2. BSOD DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Crash dumps are enabled on your computer.

On Sun 1/3/2016 6:16:56 PM GMT your computer crashed

    crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\010416-19859-01.dmp

This was probably caused by the following module: hal.sys (hal+0x88B3)

    Bugcheck code: 0x133 (0x0, 0x501, 0x500, 0x0)

    Error: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

Bug check description: The DPC watchdog detected a prolonged run time at an IRQL of DISPATCH_LEVEL or above.

This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. This problem might be caused by a thermal issue.

A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: hal.sys .

    Google query: hal.sys DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

On Sun 1/3/2016 6:16:56 PM GMT your computer crashed

    crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\memory.dmp

This was probably caused by the following module: hal.sys (hal+0x88B3)

    crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\010316-23281-01.dmp

This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x127C80)

    Bugcheck code: 0xA (0x14, 0xFF, 0x0, 0xFFFFFFFF820D251D)

    Error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe

    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System

    company: Microsoft Corporation

    description: NT Kernel & System

Bug check description: This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above.

This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.

The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

    BSOD hidclass.syss with verifier enabled

    Hi DocSams,

Could you upload the memory dump, C:\Windows\MEMORY.dmp, to onedrive and post a share link. The minidumps provided severely lack in data.

If you haven't yet, please disable driver verifier.
Resetting driver verifier options (recommended in this order)
    1. In normal mode open an administrator command prompt and enter the below command
    2. In safe mode open an administrator command prompt and enter the below command
    3. On 3 boot failures, you'll boot automatically to the recovery options,
      • click Troubleshoot
      • go to the advanced options
      • choose command prompt
      • enter the below command
    4. Boot with the recovery media, see above 4 steps in option 3.
    5. Via the recovery options or recovery media, select a restore point prior enabling driver verifier
    Code:

  4. Countless BSODs; IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION... Enabled driver verifier...

    BSOD: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, What failed: ntoskrnl.exe

I'm still getting BSOD with the stopcode: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, What failed: ntoskrnl.exe.

It was suggested that I uninstall "Any Video Converter Ultimate" which I did, but I still get the BSOD

BTW, on occasion I get the following BSOD errors as well:
    Stop Code: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
    Stop Code: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

I have the minidumps from this last week
