Windows 10: CPU 100% usage

    CPU 100% usage


    I have two issues with windows 10, first issue is that, the taskbar in windows 10 showing me that the CPU is being used 100%. In Ubuntu it's running smoothly. I didn't have the issue windows until this morning. So after trying multiple solution from online the CPU still shows 100% usage and didn't change anything. Second issue after resetting the windows 10 I can't type on the search bar, The reason I reset my PC is because I wanted see if there something else going on full usage of CPU. Now, whatever I have to search I have to use cortana instead of writing on the search bar on task bar or use different tactic to go to any kind of folder. How do I fix it? I could leave it use Ubuntu, but I want to know what's wrong with windows 10 suddenly. My setup is:

    Ryzen 3700x

    32 GB 3200mhz ram

    rx560

    MSI X570

    cpu usage at 100%

    CPU usage at 100% from start up for no apparently good reason. Service Host appears to be the problem but I cant narrow it down more than that at present.

    Any suggestions?

    I am using Windows 10 full release version 64 bit.

    CPU Usage 100%

    PC starts with 100% cpu usage. It won't come down even cpu is left idle. Cpu fan won't stop, when temp are normal.

    As you can see my CPU usage is always 100%, Due to this CPU fan never stops, even when temperature are normal.

    When I turn on pc, it always starts with 100% cpu usage. I also ran malware and antivirus scans, couldn't help (Quick Heal antivirus).

    Using Windows 10 updated to latest version.
