  1. CPU and MEMORY in task manager pumps 100% for no reason even AV can't find anything suspicious.

My pc shows 100% efficiency has been used when I open task manager but I've not opened any applications yet. Disk spikes upto 100% without a reason.. I can see CPU , MEMORY and DISK spikes 100% one after another when I've not launched any other apps yet.

I'm made it to scan by windows defender, tried a bunch of AntiVirus' but no luck. Seems to be something suspicious but can't find any clue.

Need assistance to clear things out. Something drags my pc down and I can't even open a tab. I've switched browsers, scanned pc even offline mode scan by windows defender, nothing pops any threat.

Is there any way other way to find , what causes the pc performance to spike 100% when literally nothing is been opened?

    Regards,

    Sri

No tasks are running, yet why does task manager say that CPU is 100%?

It stops as soon as I try to do anything. The numbers for CPU are 100%, higher than my screenshot.

Windows 10 100% CPU unless task manager is open?

Yes it does do it in safe mode and the reason I know its 100, because when i open task manager it says 99 or 100 for half a second then shoots back down.
