    I am a seasoned Windows expert with almost a decade in usage and support experience and hope to resolve your problems quickly.

    If your cpu is idling it will show a "consumption" on some very process. Its not actual consumption its just who has 99% of cpu time. So if the cpu is idling 99% of its cycles it is not calculating.
