Windows 10: CPU Frequenz auto change

I have a really weird problem.

I like to set my CPU power to 70% max. This keeps my system much cooler.

But since the last update I have a problem.
The way I start a game, my CPU is simply clocked to MAX.
In desktop or browser or benchmark, the CPU stays exactly where I set it.
But when I start a game it is changed automatically.

This problem makes me crazy for hours.

I would like to keep the CPU maximum power where I put it.

Has anyone else the problem or can help me?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
