    CPU/GPU randomly drops in usage% causing massive stutters, freezes, and lag.


    This issue just randomly popped up yesterday and I've been trying to fix it for the last day or so. My laptop is the Asus ZenBook 14 UX425UG-Q408UG, 8gb soldered ram, r5 5500u, Nvidia mx450.I have tried the installation media, some driver updates, and some rudimentary googling. So far, this issue pops up most frequently in Minecraft with mods and shaders, but less frequently in Assassin's Creed Unity a much more demanding game as compared to modded MinecraftI have some theories on what might be causing this problem - Ram bottlenecking - out of ramTemperature throttling I haven't tried und

    GPU usage drops randomly to 0% when gaming

    My GPU usage drops randomly from 70-100% to 0-10% when im gaming. especially when playing FH4, creates severe lag spikes. Its really annoying. Anyone can help me?

    Windows 10 CPU usage 100% when Nvidia GPU enabled

    I've had the same problem, and have exactly the same GPU model. I was able to set the drivers back to factory default, but any update I've tried (including the most recent) causes the massive cpu usage. I've contacted tech support for both Nvidia and Asus,
    and followed all the steps they suggested, with no luck.

    My computer is having significant lag spikes. How do I make my computer's CPU, GPU and RAM go down? Any tips or suggestions? Also I use this computer for gaming. 100% gpu usage! 6.5gb ram usage! 65% cpu usage! Disk does fine, though. Windows 10, 21H2
