Windows 10: Cpu is always 100% usage after restart in 2004 version

Discus and support Cpu is always 100% usage after restart in 2004 version in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; [ATTACH] The system process is occupy a lot of CPU resources after every restart and in the next 10-20mins my cpu usage will keep 100% But shut down...     Cpu is always 100% usage after restart in 2004 version

    The system process is occupy a lot of CPU resources after every restart and in the next 10-20mins my cpu usage will keep 100%

    But shut down and turn on computer manually won't cause this problem

    I never had this problem before the 2004 version.

    My cpu is intel 10710u.

    cpu usage at 100%

    CPU usage at 100% from start up for no apparently good reason. Service Host appears to be the problem but I cant narrow it down more than that at present.

    Any suggestions?

    I am using Windows 10 full release version 64 bit.

    As you can see my CPU usage is always 100%, Due to this CPU fan never stops, even when temperature are normal.

    When I turn on pc, it always starts with 100% cpu usage. I also ran malware and antivirus scans, couldn't help (Quick Heal antivirus).

    Using Windows 10 updated to latest version.

    CPU Usage 100%

    PC starts with 100% cpu usage. It won't come down even cpu is left idle. Cpu fan won't stop, when temp are normal.
