    I looked at the jds63's AIDA64 CPUID report closely and CMPXCHG16B support is checked (aka supported) BUT the PREFETCHWT1 support is not checked (aka. NOT supported) - Win10 x64 installation will fail if PREFETCHW support is not there. Need to be sure that his CPU has both CMPXCHG16B and PREFETCHW support to run 64bit Win10; otherwise go with installing x86/32bit Win10.
