Windows 10: Cpu on 100% 24/7

Hello, In the last week or two my cpu is on 100% load for no reason. I checked the task manager and It seems wmi provider host is the issue. Also there are a lot of PowerShell processes. When looking at the even viewer on windows under wmi activity, there are tons of errors every second and the client ID number is changing every entry. I attached a screen shoot for one of the errors. I got win 10 pro, 8 core i7 cpu,64 GB ram. I would really appreciate your help!

Resolution: 2560 x 1080

Was working fine not it just crashes my game the game is Tom Clancys Rainbow six siege but I can barely also start up other games

Yeah, your seems to be actually having something hammer your CPU. I'd start a new question thread about it if it's still a problem. They will probably want you to record a system trace with the tool that was mentioned by the MVP on page 1 of this thread.
If will give a more in depth report of what is causing that processor use.

With the problem we are all experiencing here it seems to just be the task manager/resource monitor system that's doing something odd with calculating CPU use. But perfmon and the system trace both show normal CPU use. And the system itself isn't impacted
with symptoms of high CPU. Also the CPU is constant 100%. There are no dips below, just pegged 100% 24/7 in task manager.

That is exactly what I did previously. I tried setting max to 80% to test and task managers cpu displays constant 80% instead of 100% on the performance tab and 80% above the cpu column in the users tab. Sadly it has no effect but thank you for the suggestion.
