Windows 10: CPU overload

Discus and support CPU overload in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; My cpu is reaching 100% very easily, even when theres nothing to make it near 100, when theres 0 workload it keeps on 20%, when in intensive workload...     CPU overload


    My cpu is reaching 100% very easily, even when theres nothing to make it near 100, when theres 0 workload it keeps on 20%, when in intensive workload it appears to have a 40% additional, like in the image uploaded, its not temps, ive changed the thermal paste and temps look fine 79° at peak, i also ran Windows security full scan's twice, only to find fileIlla's adware, which on removal changed nothing, help me,please.

    CPU Overload

    Hi there,



    My CPU reaches near 100% whenever I open a browser, regardless of the browser. It opens up a dozen or so processes and slows the system down. I've followed the various wikis on MS Answers, and have ran a trace. In the wiki, it mentions
    uploading the Trace report to Onedrive and linking here for analysis, which is here: Microsoft OneDrive



    If there is anything else I can do, it'd be great if I was pointed in the right direction. (I disabled superfetch, ran various integrity scans via CMD).
