    Nice just keep in mind few things and quirks about that series of AMD processors. Idle temperature readings are notoriously unreliable and oft wrong by 10 or more degrees even reading them in BIOS. CPUID-HW Monitor and bunch of other programs don't get CPU temps right always, AOD (AMD OverDrive) is much more accurate and provides other utilities for testings and benchmarking.

    CPU temperatures

    I don't know if you noticed but temperature is displayed as a margin to 62C when it should start throttling. So your actual temp is 28c. When you load CPU that number will start to get smaller as temps go up. Anything above 10c is excellent, 0 to 10 good enough.
    You can also make use of Board Status pane as well as Logging which will give you temps and other data during use to view later and find minimum and max on all parameters. You can also run stability test while logging.
