Windows 10: Cpu usage high until i open task manager and fan speed very high

i have new20 days old lenovo laptop with windows 10.

sometimes i am facing issue of fan, fan is running to high with noticeable noisefan voice and battery drain very fast.

when i open task manager then TM seems 100% working. and after few second it reduce gradually.

laptop specification i7 7th,128 ssd,4gb nvidia,8GB ram,1gb hdd


what should i do?

please help me with the same.

my problem still persist after doing what you said.

I've run every update available and run the commands you wrote in the post but still the CPU usage is very high until I open the task manager, then it reduces the CPU usage to normal values around 2-5% iddle.

High cpu usage until I open Task Manager

Two days ago I noticed that my computer was running very slow but when I would open Task manager it would say that my cpu usage was around 2%

I used a third-party software to monitor my cpu usage and when I closed task manager was closed my cpu usage would shoot up to 100%. I've tried looking around for solutions but haven't found any that work yet. I suspect that it is a trojan but after 1 windows
defender full scan nothing has changed. should I try another anit virus?

my laptop Cpu usage is high < 40-80% > until open task manager , its goes to normal. i use resource monitor to checked it, it show setup.exe - 32bit setup launcher used high cpu usage . is it normal ?
