Windows 10: crash while playing halo custom edition

    Halo Custom Edition

    i have opensauce and it works its just i updated my HCE game to 1.0.10 to fix the server connection, from bungie.net, but it tells me i need to have DirectX 9.0b to run the game itself, but updating the adapter does nothing to fix the game launching.
