Windows 10: Crashes all around - Out of memory

Hello,

Has any of you experienced problems lately with Windows 10 20H2? All of a sudden some of my applications seem to crash because the PC is out of memory. I have 16 GB of RAM...

Some of the programs that crashed were PUBG, Overwatch and today it was Visual Studio Code when doing an NPM install.

Looking through the Event Viewer I see this warning around the time when VSCode crash happened:

Windows successfully diagnosed a low virtual memory condition. The following programs consumed the most virtual memory: MoUsoCoreWorker.exe (33968) consumed 2819653632 bytes, pycharm64.exe (34264) consumed 1212387328 bytes, and bdservicehost.exe (2152) consumed 867393536 bytes.

Is the second time I see this warning while looking through the Event Viewer and seeing that MoUsoCoreWorker.exe eating a shitload of RAM probably doing nothing. I'm beginning to think that this process is preventing others from RAM allocation.

If someone can help me to figure this problem out I would really appreciate it.

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
