    Crashes caused by AV?

    You're very welcome.
Let's observe the computer environment for 3 - 5 more days.
For the crashes we use Microsoft software: Windbg
There are commands that can be used to see which drivers participated in a crash.
This driver was unstable and participated in the crash: RapportCerberus64_1908103
This driver is one of the Trusteer drivers.
If the computer environment is stable for 1 -2 weeks the software can be reinstalled.
If there is a new BSOD then uninstall the software and find alternative software.
If there is no BSOD then continue using the software.
The longer the period of computer stability before reinstalling the software the stronger the cause and effect for any potential problems related to the software.

Its been 2 weeks since the last crash but it has just happened now.

I took a screen of the Stopcode, not sure how helpful it is as it just says Memory Management.

Please run the beta version of the log collector and post a new zip into the thread:
    (extract > open)

    Crashes caused by AV?

    1) Make a brand new restore point
    2) Backup all files to another drive or to the cloud
    3) Make a backup image using Macrium or update the existing image
Macrium Software | Your Image is Everything
    4) Windows driver verifier is a tool used to find misbehaving drivers.
It will repetitively produce BSOD until all misbehaving drivers are fixed or until the tool is turned off.

Each time there is a BSOD you will open the Windows advanced troubleshooting menu to turn the tool off. Then you will return to the desktop and run the beta log collector. After posting a zip into the thread it will be troubleshooted.

The misbehaving driver will then be uninstalled. The tool can be restarted to find the next misbehaving driver or a replacement driver can be installed. The end result should be the same.

The tool will be run for 48 hours. Then after the last BSOD it will be run for an additional 36 hours.
If there are no more BSOD the tool will be turned off and the troubleshooting completed.

While using Windows driver verifier there can be computer sluggishness or slow boots. This is related to the number of customized tests and if necessary this can be altered.
