Windows 10: CRASHES DURING GAMING ON PREDATOR HELIOS 300

I have a brand new predator Helios 300 PH315-53 , It crashes after an hour or so of gaming irrespective of turbo mode .Sometimes the game quits to desktop, sometimes the picture freezes and a buzzing sound is heard keyboard and mouse unresponsive, and I have to hard reboot to turn it on again.specs are : Processor IntelR CoreTM i7-10870H CPU @ 2.20GHz Installed RAM 16.0 GB 15.8 GB usable GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 6GB

Acer Predator Helios 300 cannot update Win10 1803

Dear Sir,

Please help me.

I use Acer Predator Helios 300 with Win 10 but i cannot install 1803.

The popup show "your hardware is not supported of this version of Windows 10."

How to solve this problem.

Laptop crashing while gaming (ACER Predator Helios 300)

My laptop has been crashing for the past week while gaming, earlier, temps would g o to 90 degrees and crash, thought it would be because of overheating, so I repasted it just recently and idles dropped down, problem is, the laptop still crashes while gaming
even though temps are back to normal, I have tried undervolting both cpu and gpu, optimized windows 10 and made sure the laptop has enough airflow.

Nothing helped so far and I was told to show here the event viewer code that I had when it crashed.
