1. Crashes playing Heroes & Generals

Hi everyone
I'm experiencing crashes playing H&G. These crashes generates no minidump file. The only thing I have is Event Viewer info, and some DM log collector info since I'm also dealing with critical error/crashes in another threat.
Every time I have a crash two things can happen:
i can close the game and windows keep working
OR
system crashes completely. Last one it was a total crash: here the event viewer info
Code: - <Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event"> - <System> <Provider Name="Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power" Guid="{331C3B3A-2005-44C2-AC5E-77220C37D6B4}" /> <EventID>41</EventID> <Version>4</Version> <Level>1</Level> <Task>63</Task> <Opcode>0</Opcode> <Keywords>0x8000400000000002</Keywords> <TimeCreated SystemTime="2017-03-03T22:18:42.028716700Z" /> <EventRecordID>11341</EventRecordID> <Correlation /> <Execution ProcessID="4" ThreadID="8" /> <Channel>System</Channel> <Computer>Marcos-PC</Computer> <Security UserID="S-1-5-18" /> </System> - <EventData> <Data Name="BugcheckCode">0</Data> <Data Name="BugcheckParameter1">0x0</Data> <Data Name="BugcheckParameter2">0x0</Data> <Data Name="BugcheckParameter3">0x0</Data> <Data Name="BugcheckParameter4">0x0</Data> <Data Name="SleepInProgress">0</Data> <Data Name="PowerButtonTimestamp">0</Data> <Data Name="BootAppStatus">0</Data> <Data Name="Checkpoint">0</Data> <Data Name="ConnectedStandbyInProgress">false</Data> <Data Name="SystemSleepTransitionsToOn">1</Data> <Data Name="CsEntryScenarioInstanceId">0</Data> </EventData> </Event>
And when system doesn't crash completely error is show as a Warning, not a Critical error and makes reference to the amdkmdap
Code: Log Name: System Source: Display Date: 03/03/2017 06:16:33 p.m. Event ID: 4101 Task Category: None Level: Warning Keywords: Classic User: N/A Computer: Marcos-PC Description: Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered. Event Xml: <Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event"> <System> <Provider Name="Display" /> <EventID Qualifiers="0">4101</EventID> <Level>3</Level> <Task>0</Task> <Keywords>0x80000000000000</Keywords> <TimeCreated SystemTime="2017-03-03T21:16:33.698391500Z" /> <EventRecordID>11318</EventRecordID> <Channel>System</Channel> <Computer>Marcos-PC</Computer> <Security /> </System> <EventData> <Data>amdkmdap</Data> <Data> </Data> </EventData> </Event>
I'm assuming the second type of crash is related to the GPU, and the other to some other aspect of the system, but truth is I don't know.

Windows 10 causes Heroes of Might & Magic 3 crashes

Windows 10 PC causes Heroes of Might & Magic 3 to crash. It keeps stopping the program in play. The issue is Windows 10, not the Heroes III game. Yes, it is an older game, but it should work better in Windows 10, not closed and stopped by it. How can
this issue be fixed? I have grown tired of it stopping all the time. You need to fix windows 10 to allow older games to still be played on the PC.

why does magic jigsaw puzzles freeze up?

I have been playing Magic Jigsaw for quite some time with very few problems. Lately the game crashes every time the Hero Zero ad comes on. Now I am stuck in a loop. The Hero Zero is the only ad that runs. Help.

4. Crashes playing Heroes & Generals

Considering the other issues you have, since your motherboard supports only 7, it might have been better, if you would keep Windows 7 or 8. You might try using Driver Easy to see, if it finds anything.

Kernel-Power is ussualy power related, but you have a reliable PSU, so I guess a motherboard.
