    Create GPOs from Local policies Server 2016

    Thanks for reading


    I have hardened Windows 10 clients using local group policy. I now want to use those local policies to form the Domain GPOs on Server 2016. What is the easiest way to do this? How can I break down all the local policies and create GPOs from those local policies?


    Also, Which takes precedence the Domain GPO or Local Group policy?

    Bitlocker GPO Server 2016

    Windows 10 - 1809

    Server 2016

    I have installed the latest ADMX from microsoft.com to my server 2016 "policydefinitions" folder.

    All settings have been enabled for bitlocker to auto-encrypt by GPO yet it does not work. This was working with previous builds of Windows however it seems with the new build it is not.

    I have also enabled for software encryption to be allowed incase of hardware encryption not being possible.

    When doing RSOP it displays all settings are being applied on the laptop.

    Any pointers?

    Remove No Internet Access exclamation Windows 10 and Server 2016

    We have always been remove the No Internet Access exclamation in Windows 7 and Server 2012 R2 with the GPO Computer Configuration>Policies>Administrative Templates>Network>Network Connections>Do not show the "local access only" network icon. This policy
    does not seem to work in Windows 10/Server 2016, is there anyway to accomplish this in Windows 10/Server 2016?
