Windows 10: Created on August 2, 2015: Windows 10 How can I turn off 3D Hardware Acceleration?

Since the original post is locked and I can't reply to it I made a whole new post which is inefficient, causing the forum to become disordered and cluttered about this question. On September 26, 2016 Ch863 posted a reply to the original post that I have to agree with, which follows: Note to everyone: Don't bother with those useless pseudo "Microsoft" support people. They are not tech support people. They just repost what is already in the support Knowledge base on the Microsoft support website. When I did't find my answer to the original posts question, I went back to google and clicked the next link down. What a surprise! An extra minute of research and I found an actual solution! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

In order to disable 3D hardware acceleration, I suggest you to follow the steps below.

• Right click on the desktop and select Graphics properties.
• Select Basic Mode and hit OK.
• Go to the 3D option.
• You can disable 3D graphics acceleration from this screen.

When I right click on my desktop as you instructed, I cannot find "Graphics Properties" as mentioned above. I can't see 3D when I right click on .jpg file to select option to "Open with" on 3D windows.

My OS is windows 10.
