    Hi, I am interested in doing what the title says. I am making prebuilt pcs, and I want to know if there is a way I can get official Windows 10 licenses for cheaper than the regular cost ($100), as Windows takes up a decent chunk of the build with it's heavy price tag. Is there also any way I can buy windows in bulk too?

    Paint 3D     is a great idea. We suggest the you share your idea/feedback so that it will be considered in future updates of the app. Here are the steps to send a feedback:

    • Open the Paint 3D app.
    • Click on Menu.
    • On the lower left portion, select Help and Feedback.

    Selling computer

    I would not sell a computer without doing a clean install first and let them set it up the way they want. This way they can sign in the way they want and all your leftovers will be gone. Hope this helps and if you need any further assistance post and we
