    Creating an admin on D drive from C Drive


    I currently have an SSD with windows and a HDD with windows 10 downloaded as well. I am currently using the windows 10 on the SSD(C Drive) and was wondering if you can make an admin account on the other windows (D drive) as I have forgotten the admin account password on that OS.
