Windows 10: Creating an ISO from the latest build

    How do you create an ISO from the latest downloaded build.
    I have seen reference to an ESD file but do not know what or where it is?

    windows 10 home update

    Hi,

    The iso file created from the install.esd was already named as windows 10 pro build 14393 DVD (build 1067) I tried to install on Virtual box and it installed as windows 10 pro build 1067.

    I have at the same time tried windows media creation tools to download the latest windows 10 home build 1067, the downloaded iso file was indeed windows 10 home but an older version to year 2015.

    How can I obtain this latest build of windows 10 home iso?

    How can I create Windows 10 ISO with latest updates installed on my computer.

    Does the Media Creation Tool creates ISO with latest updates (cumulative updates, security updates & patches) when we use it to create the ISO or it creates default build. I don't want to download all updates and patches every time I install windows. Is
    there a tool available to create ISO with all latest updates included.

    Install.esd file is in RecoveryImage folder, copy that file as instructed in the above tutorial.

    I have a problem, I have profiles stored on another drive and it won't install, but as soon as that fails (automatically I might add) it gets deleted without a trace, how can I get the ESD?

    The hidden windows~BT folder has some small files, not the install esd
