Windows 10: Creating custom keyboard shortcut for capitalized accent characters

Hi, i'm Italian and hence i have the "àèìòù" characters. However, i've bought a laptop w/o the numpad, and was wondering if there's any native way be it an option, a registry edit or whatever to assign custom shortcuts to the capitalized versions of the above characters ÀÈÌ etc.In a logic fashion, i thin that Alt+ *lowercase accented character* would be perfect, so like Alt+è, Alt+à etc.Looking forward to your replies, have a nice day!

Accented characters - nothing works

I have an Asus laptop running the latest version of Windows 10 and absolutely nothing works to insert an accented (Spanish) character: The on-screen keyboard method does not work as claimed, no keyboard shortcuts work, and not a single one of the publishedmethods
to insert an accented character work. This is extremely frustrating (on the Mac, all you need to do is option+"i" + character for an accent on that character.

• Which OS build number of Windows 10 is currently installed? To check, press the
  Windows key, type winver, and press the
  Enter key.
• What application or platform are you trying to input this character?
• What is the make and model of your keyboard?
• Have you tried updating the keyboard driver?

Meanwhile, you can try to use the Character Map and check if you will be able to insert the accented letters. The Character Map was made to allow users to insert special characters on their documents. To open the Character Map, You can follow these steps:

• Press the Windows key + S to open Search
  Bar.
• Type Character Map, then click it.
• When the application launches, look for the special character that you want to insert on your document.
