    Web cam creative. Can't configure with Windows 10 64 bit

    My webcam (creative live cam vista im) work fine with windows 10 - 32 bit, but can't config at all with windows 10 64 bit,

    it doesn't work.

    what could be the solution?

    Unfortunately there are no upgrades or alternatives from the originator, Creative Labs, for what they class as an old intrgrated web cam driver and laptop. The inference being, buy a replacement laptop with up to date operating systems installed

    Alternatively, go "back to the future" and fit an external web cam

    Try downloading and installing the Windows 8.1 driver and software (if needed) for your webcam and run the setup in compatibility mode on Windows 10: Creative Worldwide Support
