Windows 10: credit card charge by Microsoft*Microsoft 365 F

I don't know why my credit card is receiving a charge from Microsoft*Microsoft 365 F. Can someone please tell me what this is? My family says they are not charged by Microsoft a monthly fee, I have no idea what this is...thank you.

Credit card is charged after registering with microsoft account

Hi. I’ve just registered my credit card with Microsoft Account because I want to buy apps for my windows phone.
Immediately after that I received a text message from my bank telling me that my card has been charged for RM4.00 (Malaysian Ringgit). My question is why my card is being charged even though I haven’t bought anything yet. I just finished registering
my credit card. Thank you…
