Windows 10: Critical Error Start Menu Cortana Not Working

Good Day all.


I have a very big problem with my pc and I really need a very good solution to solve it if there's any.


This error may be common to few but mine is like an evolved version of it. Yes, few people get this error due to some regrettable actions they performed, but mine is way more than regret. Like i said, I feel like mine is a much more bigger problem, disguised as this error "Critical error Start Menu..." .


This error message is the first thing that appears whenever i log into my account with the task bar scrambled, i.e no other icons appears there except the win, search and desktop icon on the left and the notification icon right that appears, which are inaccessible. In the tutorials I watched, I see that they could access task manager, settings, could uninstall programs, could open programs with administrative privilege which makes the fix much more easier for them. For me I can't access those things. Yeah I booted into safe mode, which then gave me access to task manager and administrative privilege but I was still unable to uninstall recent application that must have messed up the system.


Suppose it was a program that didn't install well, which I'm guessing is what's causing this, I wouldn't still be able to uninstall it. Even to install IObit Uninstaller in order to uninstall recent programs, not still working. What could be the cause?


Wondershare dr. phone was the program that didn't install properly it hanged at "finishing installation". After forcefully exiting the installation process and restarting my system, I started seeing this error message. I can't get an exact fix for this problem. Or do I need to re-install windows?
