Windows 10: Critical Error: Your Start menu isn't working. We'll try to fix it the next time you sign in.

I am an IT professional trying to help someone fix an issue remotely. I have looked at solutions for the following issue, but I can't seem to get anything to work. Here are the other problems associated with this issue:


Error: Critical Error: Your Start menu isn't working. We'll try to fix it the next time you sign in.

-- The user cannot open The Action Center

-- User cannot use the Start menu

-- User cannot use the Search bar next to the Start button

-- Once the "Critical Error: Your Start menu isn't working. We'll try to fix it the next time you sign in." message appears, the user cannot perform any other functions without signing out first.

-- User cannot seem to access any basic setting functions, and the settings will not open from command prompt.

-- Control Panel will not open from File Explorer or any other conventional way


Here is what I have tried:


-- Tried Signing user out

-- Tried Re-registering the Start menu failed

-- Restart PC Failed

-- Safe Mode issue persists in safe mode

-- Tried a Restore Point restored successful, but issue persists


I'm not sure what else to try. Please help! As far as I can tell, this is a latest Version of Win10. I would check it, but we can't seem to open anything up to look!

I went to dell support and followed the steps mentioned in the URL below. However issue still there

Also this PowerShell command has not helped ?

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

 

Issue with Start menu

After sign in to my comp. with Windows 10 I keep getting Critical Error "Your Start menu isn,t working. We,ll try to fix it the next time you sign in." May someone help me with this issue?
