Windows 10: Critical Kernel-Power 41 (63) ERROR - Please Help...

Hello.


I would like to get some help with this error that I keep getting on Windows 10. The error usually happens only while gaming, the computer completely freezes which forces me to shut it down through the power switch because otherwise it stays frozen making a "buzzing sound". This problem has been happening for over two weeks. Some of the things I have tried have been : Updating all drivers to the latest versions from Microsoft and also from the manufacturers website. I have formatted the computer and have done clean Windows 10 installs at least 5 times and the problem keeps occurring.


Hardware wise, I have replaced the hard drive with an SSD to see if it was a hard disk failure and it still kept freezing, I also tried a new power supply to see if it was that and the problem persists. I did a memory check and it passed it with no problems. The only component that that I haven't changed is the video card which I think could be the issue but I would like to be sure before spending money on a new video card. My PC is crashing repeatedly. It suffers numerous BSODs spontaneously, intermittently, unexpectedly & improperly as recorded in Event Viewer System Log as follows:

Windows 10 Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power Critical Error 41 (63) Solution please.

I've already torn down, cleaned, and reassembled every single piece of hardware on my PC.

Please note the last column - the figures in that column indicate the minutes over 24 hours since the last DPC_Watchdog shutdown. I've been tracking this since early November. If it was a hardware issue, don't you think the errors would be more random in
nature?

Additionally, I have a laptop that's barely 2 years old and it's experiencing the exact same thing. But, it's got completely different hardware from the PC. How does Microsoft explain that? They won't, don't or can't.

I'm learning to live with the issue, but it REALLY **** me off.

Is there a reason for not installing the Anniversary Update?



Your Event Viewer System log only shows
one blue screen error since 8 August. All the other crashes are unexpected (Event 41 errors) shutdowns or system failures.
