Windows 10: Critical Process Died after reinstalling Windows 10 21H2 version

Here is the story: I reinstall my pc because my pc is so slow. I backed up my important files. And other files is on other drives. My Drives are SSD 500gb and HDD 500gb. I am trying to reinstall it on SSD.I was worried because my last time I reinstalled was so fast, less than 30 mins, and now. It's taking more than 30 mins. After the windows installation, my screen went black. I thought it was ok so I wait. After 5 mins. The blue screen "Critical Process Died" appears. Im begging, This Pc is only I have.

Ive just opened event viewer as you suggested but I cant seem to find any error that says "critical process died"



I have attached a screenshot of the event viewer. I have scrolled to the bottom to where it first booted up.

Ive downloaded the software you sent the link for but I'm not sure how to use it as nothing shows up when I load it.

To find out what version of Windows you are running:

• Press the Windows Key + R.
• A box will pop up in the bottom left side of the screen. Type winver
  and then press Enter.
• Another box will open that will tell you what version of Windows you're running and what the build is. Please post both the version number and the build number.

• What are the troubleshooting steps you've done so far?

To resolve your concern about the critical process died in Windows 10, we suggest that you do the system diagnostics. Here are the steps:

• Boot your computer and continuously press ESC key on your keyboard until you reach the
  Startup menu.
  
• From the Startup menu, press F2 (or whatever the designated key is) for
  System Diagnostics.
• Use arrow keys to navigate and choose Hard Drive Check.
• Choose Extensive Check.

Allow it to finish then boot your computer as normal.
