    Critical process died error message


    Couple days ago I was having issue getting online in Forza Horizon 4 because I was missing the Teredo adapter, I tried everything and it still not fix and someone suggested me to update windows. I did that and it fix the Teredo driver issue, then I tried to install Acrobat pro but it froze my PC so I shutdown my pc and try installing it again and it work.

    Now my pc was working fine for a few hours but it would sometime freeze randomly, especially Firefox and task manager. I was play a game then my pc froze again, I tries to close it but its not responding, same thing with task manager, so I decided to restart my pc. I restarted my pc and I got stuck it boot loop. Tried to boot into safe mode but I get the critical process died messages.

    I don’t know what else to do, I tried using sfc /scannow and chkdsk in cmd but that doesn’t solve anything. I really don’t want to reinstall windows 10 cuz I have quite a few important/personal and school related files in there. If someone can help me that would be really great. Thanks

    Critical Process Died Error


    Recently while using the internet my computer experienced a BSOD which listed the Critical Process Died as the error. Before this happened my computer kept popping up with a message I believe was saying that the display adapter driver crashed and then was recovered. It should also be mentioned that I recently upgraded my system with a new graphics card, after my old one died, and with a new case. That was my first time ever doing something like that, so I wouldn't be surprised if that could be a problem.

    Ive just opened event viewer as you suggested but I cant seem to find any error that says "critical process died"

    I have attached a screenshot of the event viewer. I have scrolled to the bottom to where it first booted up.

    Ive downloaded the software you sent the link for but I'm not sure how to use it as nothing shows up when I load it.
