    Hello guys, I’m new here and I hope someone can point me at the right direction. My dad bought me a laptop when he was in other county, Acer(something), it came with built in Windows 10 and only thing I had to do is to make windows account and that’s it. I used laptop for some time, it worked perfectly for my needs(photoshop and Sony Vegas). Two months after I was visiting family in Canada and my friend asked me to download Unity engine to check his work on some game(everything was bought inside official Asset Store and scripts were made by him because he is programmer). All that ended and couple of days after I was listening to music and chatting with some friends when all of a sudden my laptop showed BSOD and restarted saying something like “your pc ran into an error, we are working on fixing it” I was like confused cuz it never happened to me. Same thing happened 2 times more during that day and it just gets random. Example: I’m watching something on YouTube and after video ended I point my cursor to the next video, suddenly cursor freezes and laptop just restarts. I’ve tried cmd and clean reboot but nothing helped. Sometimes laptop goes through heavy usage like playing games, since its very powerful, and everything works smooth and easy and on the other hand I try to open freaking notepad and windows just crashes. Is there any solution on fixing this ? I heard from some people that installing windows from USB can solve it, but I’m looking into all solutions.

    Critical Process Died on windows 10 setup


    Ive just opened event viewer as you suggested but I cant seem to find any error that says "critical process died"

    I have attached a screenshot of the event viewer. I have scrolled to the bottom to where it first booted up.

    Ive downloaded the software you sent the link for but I'm not sure how to use it as nothing shows up when I load it.
