Critical System Corruption BSOD

Attachment 95699

This has been occurring almost everyday now for the past week. I have no clue what to attach or send in this post, but I am more than willing to cooperate to the fullest extent to alleviate this issue.

I've rand Memory Diagnostics in Windows 10 and it turned out no results so my memory I guess is A-okay. Ran Malwarebytes so no viruses.

Specs:
Windows 10 64 bit home
Asus H97I-PLUS Mini ITX
Intel Core i5-4690k 3.5ghz quad-core
Crucial Ballistix Sport 16gb 2 x 8
WD Caviar Black 1tb 3.5" 7200 rpm
gigabyte geforce gtx 660 2gb
Corsair SF 450w psu
silverstone rvz02 case

:)

We need the dump files for a better analysis of the problem. Instructions can be found here:

Latest dump indicates a problem with your NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 driver or card.
Code: BugCheck 119, {1, 3fac, 3fae, ffffe001b9e933a0} *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys Probably caused by : dxgmms2.sys ( dxgmms2!VidSchiVerifyDriverReportedFenceId+c176
dxgmms2.sys is a Windows module, not likely the actual cause of the problem.
I suggest completely uninstalling the Nvidia display drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) from WagnardMobile (near bottom of page) then look here for the latest driver:

NVIDIA Driver Downloads

Then reinstall only the NVidia graphics driver and the PhysX driver.

See if that gets rid of the problem.

Well I tried this and the issue still persists. I also reapplied thermal paste to my gpu. It still crashes upon waking from sleep mode.

Did you get another dump? If so, re-run DM_Log_collector and upload the zip file here.

Dump shows your CPU is slightly under clocked.
Code: 0: kd> !sysinfo cpuspeed CPUID: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz" MaxSpeed: 3500 CurrentSpeed: 3492
Check clocking and voltages.

Please disconnect everything from your PC other than mouse, keyboard and display (and speakers if external).

If you have a SSD then check to see if there is a firmware update available for it.

This is a good time to test you PC memory too.

RAM:

Follow this tutorial: MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

Information
Critical System Corruption BSOD [IMG]

MemTest86+ is a diagnostic tool designed to test Random Access Memory (RAM) for faults. MemTest86+ will verify that:

• RAM will accept and keep random patterns of data sent to it
• There are no errors when different parts of memory try to interact
• There are no conflicts between memory addresses

Memtest86+ runs from bootable media to isolate the RAM from the system, no other components are taken into account during the test.

Critical System Corruption BSOD [IMG]
Warning MemTest86+ needs to run for at least 8 passes to be anywhere near conclusive, anything less will not give a complete analysis of the RAM.

If you are asked to run MemTest86+ by a Ten Forums member make sure you run the full 8 passes for conclusive results. If you run less than 8 passes you will be asked to run it again.

Critical System Corruption BSOD [IMG]
Note MemTest86+ has been known to discover errors in RAM in later passes than the eighth pass. This is for information only; if you feel there is a definite problem with the RAM and 8 passes have shown no errors feel free to continue for longer.

Running 8 passes of MemTest86+ is a long and drawn out exercise and the more RAM you have the longer it will take. It's recommended to run MemTest86+ just before you go to bed and leave it overnight.

I've ran memory diagnostics in windows 10 and no errors were found.

I don't own an ssd just a Western Digital 1tb caviar black.

I'll try to fiddle around in the bios and see what I can do to adjust the cpu and voltages.

Here's the new log: Attachment 96313

Did you run memtest86+ for 8 complete passes? With 16GB of RAM this should take hours.

New dump still indicates a problem with the Nvidia card
Code: BugCheck 119, {1, 2f9, 2ff, ffffe00153f4f3a0} *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
That's so strange considering I installed the newest drivers with just the driver and PhysX as you stated and clean uninstalled the previous ones with DDU on safemode. Even reapplied thermal paste. I'll run Memtest tonight.

The latest dump, 8:14 at 11:39PM still indicates a problem with Nvidia card.

Looking through the Event Viewer log (eventvwr.log) there are tons of this error:
Code: Log Name: System Source: Service Control Manager Date: 2016-08-15T11:49:20.569 Event ID: 7023 Task: N/A Level: Error Opcode: N/A Keyword: Classic User: N/A User Name: N/A Computer: Jim-PC Description: The User Data Access_50171 service terminated with the following error: Unable to complete the requested operation because of either a catastrophic media failure or a data structure corruption on the disk.
I don't see any fixes but a possible work around is shown in this thread: Anyone know how to fix Event ID 7031? - Windows 10 Forums

Might be a good idea to run the following commands from a Elevated Command Prompt:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
SFC /scannow
