Windows 10: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED on Windows 11 not on Windows 10

The current version of Windows 11 with all updates installed runs for a couple of minutes, freezes, after which a black screen flashes for half a second or so which displays the error CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. This is a brand new Lenovo L13 Yoga which runs Windows 10 without a problem as I'm typing this. There is not Dump generated, the laptop reboots immediately after the black screen flashes on. There are no errors in the Events other than an unscheduled reboot.The problem only occures after alle Windows Updates dec 2021 were installed. Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
