Windows 10: Critical_Process_Died

My pc wont boot into safe mode no matter what, I get the blue screen and when I go to use my new password it doesn't recognize it. I can't run safe mode with networking because when I run that it repeats right back at step one. I can't use my recent recovery point that I made because apparently windows didn't recognize the Bluetooth drivers that had been with motherboard since the beginning and worked completely fine the day before. I want to know my old passwords so I can use it to get to my recovery point. I will state what I can do. I managed to open my command prompt once but can't anymore, managed to get to the second bluescreen when choosing the startup settings option but when I use the options I am back a square one. I just wish we could look at our old passwords and I would be golden but there is no option. I will keep trying to open the command prompt but I don't know if it will work. I have tried all tricks to get into safe mode but still no dice. I tried using the windows 10 install flashdrive trick, I doesn't work because the instance of windows 10 is on the motherboard. It tells when to restart with the flashdrive and then plug it in later but if I do that it doesn't recognize the USB is there. The worst part about it is I didn't even recently update. I was constantly checking if I messed up on my end by being out of date but I was perfectly fine, I was up to date for the entire time but now all of a sudden my os is corrupt.

In order to resolve your concern, we suggest that you to follow these steps:

• If you've installed any new apps or devices, uninstall or unplug them and restart your PC.
• Make sure your PC has the latest updates:

• Go to the search box.
• Type Windows Update then Enter.
• Select Check for updates.
• In the Settings menu, select Check for updates button.
• When it's finished, restart your PC.

Do let us know the following to assist you better with this issue:

• Were you able to see any error code along with the error message?
• Have you made any hardware/ software changes to the device prior to this issue?
• Have you checked if the issue persists on Safe mode with networking as well?

The CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED bug check has a value of 0x000000EF. This indicates that a critical system process died.

Step 1: As you have performed SFC scan, found some corrupted and couldn't fix, try the below and check if it helps.

If you are not able to repair some files after performing SFC scan, I suggest you to refer to the point 3 “Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log
%WinDir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log”. Under the section “Run the System File Checker tool (SFC.exe)” to repair the corrupted files after performing SFC scan.

Step 2: If the issue still persists, I suggest you to perform DISM on your system to fix corrupted system files.

Step 3: I suggest you to install the pending updates on your device and check if it helps.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Critical_process_died at startup


Several times since Windows 10 has been updated (see attached file) I have received a "Critical_process_died" notification. Sometimes at startup & at least one time during normal browsing. Have talked with a local computer shop about various problems & he suggested a clean install. Attached is the dump file per your instructions.
Appreciate any suggestions.
