Windows 10: Crypto Trojan remote hack

Crypto Trojan. There is likely organized crime behind this. I've been fighting it for over two weeks. Doesn't matter what you do.It just comes backthe remote hackers. I set it loose this morningthe Trojan on a fresh win 10 install with every group policy geared toward defense.Even has runas,run as user,and run as administrator disallowed.I turned on the file protection on C:. Started getting notifications about blocked access. Wasent long till it was out of control.Some of the best antivirus scanners did nothing. They use hidden encrypted files also i think its ads. they are tiny invisible markers. No virus scanner detects it. Here is a screenshot of me disconnecting dude from my PC. this thing tears windows 10 apart,but not so much with windows 8,or Ubuntu.

hacked, viruses, Trojan , remote control shut down. .. etc

I have a couple of viruses and a Trojan Horse plus I think I have been hacked and they have the control of my computer which is a 64 bit dell running a windows 10 upgrade from windows 8.1 as soon as I try scanning or go in that direction my pc shuts down
what should I do?

• Are you using the Local account or Microsoft account on the computer?

Try to perform the below steps:

• Scan the system with the
  Microsoft Safety Scanner.
• Turn ON the Windows Updates and get all the required Updates to install.
