Windows 10: CTRL+ALT+L does not work - other keys do!

Hi,I just bought a Lenovo P14s Gen5 AMD 3 weeks ago. But I noticed that the command CTRL+ALT+L does not work at all. L is not even taken into account. I tried multiple keyboard tester websites to checkCTRL+ALT+Q/W/E/R/T/Y/etc. work fine.CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+L works fine too.I noticed this strange behavior because I use IntelliJ software that has this shortcut for reformatting code.Whenever I press CTRL+ALT+L, I get a small "wait" icon ⏳ see Screen Capture here: https://ibb.co/gyrr3Qm - Sorry I tried to put a screenshot directly here but it wouldn't load the image....What I did : - Followed

Conflicts with the user account settings is one of the possible reasons why the secure sign-in option is enabled on your computer even if the box in the settings is not checked. I would suggest that you enable and disable the
Require users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete. You can follow the steps below:

• Press the Windows key + R.
• Type control userpasswords2 or netplwiz and press the Enter key.
• Click the Advanced tab.
• Under Secure sign-in, check the Require users to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete checkbox.
• Click Apply.
• Restart your computer.
• Open the same settings again and uncheck the Require users to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete checkbox and follow the
  steps 5 and 6.

My R/L ctrl R/L Alt and Windows key not working in my both laptop keyboard and external keyboard

idk why this happen but i was playing and suddenly I couldn't use win key and when i tried key tester in a website all of my keys worked except my R/L ctrl R/L Alt and Windows keys. What would be possible solutions?
