Windows 10: Ctrl c+v keys and options on the right click does not work

I've tried some steps that people have posted here in the community but none have worked, some of them:

None of the solutions I tried fixes the problem. The problem is with the ctrl c+v keys and also with the options on the right click, happens in the user profile or RDP sessions. When we reboot the machine, it works well for 20 minutes and then dies.


This is happening on Windows 10 version 1803.


Someone have any idea?

right side CTRL key does not work

Thanks for your response. I've tried all the steps you've recommended and my problem has not been resolved.

My computer is a Lenovo Ideapad P400 laptop so its not a stand alone keyboard. Right side ctrl key does not work on the on screen keyboard. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

 

Left ctrl -c v f a h x, none is working for the left ctrl key, but totally working for the right ctrl key

problem, because ctrl + mouse scroll works for zooming out/in webpages. Used a second new keyboard, same thing.

Tried the uninstalling keyboard drivers, didn't work. Please help! Thanks!

 

ctrl + c ctr + v

In Word 2007, copy and paste work only from the ribbon or right click. Although I have uninstalled the keyboard device and rebooted my pc it doesn't work with the shortcut keys: ctlr c, ctrl v, ctrl x (for the cut).
