    I have a strange bug with the keyboard, the ctrl key gets triggered automatically, this is how it started I bought this keyboard a month back 10 to 20 minutes into using the keyboard the control key gets triggered and I made sure this is not the key boards fault per se. I returned the keyboard twice had the same problem and my key board has this reactive rgb for each key, so even when the ctrl key is triggered in the system my keyboards ctrl key is not lit, and the on screen key board also does not show that the key is being pressed - but every action om my system corresponds to the shortcut a

    Hey Derrick thanks for the suggestion.

    Tried this today and the problem persists.

    ALT key still gets automatically pressed and on screen keyboard shows both CTRL keys being held.

    Yes I still have this problem using an external keyboard as well.

    Ctrl key on German QWERTZ keyboard?

    A while ago my dad bought a netbook online from Germany, we found out it did not have a QWERTY but a QWERTZ keyboard

    Greetings,

    I have been experiencing issues with my laptop keyboard's keys - both the left and the right "ctrl" keys. They are not responsive, and needlessly to say it is making the work on the laptop without an external keyboard quite difficult.

    The ctrl keys on an external keyboard (as well as the on-screen one) work just fine.

    The only solutions I have found that yield some success is to either:

    1. Pressing both ctrl keys simultaneously for 10 seconds

    2. Pressing Alt + Fn + Ctrl

    but those solutions work for a very short time, and then the ctrl keys are dead again.

    Any suggestions will be appreciated.
