Windows 10: CTRL not working for shift lock key

Hello, shift lock also known as camera lock, is not working for me in roblox. Just to remind you shift lock is where you can control your screen with your mouse and has a white circle in the middle of the screen. I am on my laptop windows 11. So when I press ctrl nothing happens. I have watched a youtube vidoe saying that you all need to do is press ctrl and it works.I have all my settings correct for shift lock. Shift lock switch is on and camera mode is classic. I have watched a youtube video saying that shift lock needs keyboard+mouse movement but I don't have the option for that. So could

Okay thanks. Didn't know that tool.
It does list Ctrl+Shift+, 3 & 8. But it doesn't say what they're registered to. (And nothing seems to happen when I press them.)

The tool turns up a very short list, by the way, compared to the screenshots on that site. Just these three plus:
Hot Key : Alt+Ctrl+Delete
Hot Key : Alt+Ctrl+J (I know what this is from)
Hot Key : Alt+Ctrl+K (Kindle)
Hot Key : Alt+F4

We can see here that you are having issues using the Shift and Ctrl keys on your keyboard. To isolate this concern, have you performed the following:

• Right-click on Start menu.
• Select Control Panel.
• Choose Ease of Access.
• Click on Change how your keyboard works.
• Tick the box beside Turn on Sticky Keys.
• Click on Apply.
• Select OK.

If so, we suggest that you revert the computer back to its previous version. You can free up some space in your disk drive by backing up some files to an external hard drive.

 

Ctrl+Shift Shortcuts Not Working

I have been having issues with my Ctrl+Shift keybinds for months now. I have been researching on every site I can find about this issue. I've tried changing Sticky Keys, I've tried changing Filter Keys, I've tried checking my keyboard settings, I've tried changing settings in Text Services and Input Languages, I've tried Ease of Access, I've even tried changing keyboards. The following are all Microsoft Answers threads recommended to me by Google:

I have tried literally everything suggested in all of these threads, and NOTHING WORKS, it is that stubborn. Considering that there are multiple threads regarding this issue, which yes, I did research this before I started asking this, I am 100% conviced this has to do with system updates. What do I even do at this point?
